Ramkumar
Gender: Male Age: 17 years Grade: 10 School: Shree Gagadevi Secondary School Falling from a top of a car roof caused Ramkumar to be mentally injured at a young age. Now 16, Ramkumar shows a lot of potential, both as a student and as a painter. His family’s financial condition is very poor, so he has received NCEF scholarship in the past. And, continuing this aid will give him an opportunity to further his education.
Santosh
Gender: Male Age: 15 Years Grade: 9 School: Shree Gagadevi Secondary School Santosh Bhuntel is a 14 year old from Kavre whose father is a farmer and mother a housewife. Santosh’s father went abroad to Iraq in hopes of uplifting his family’s economic condition but had to return because of legal complications. The financial condition of his family is very poor, and therefore they have received aid from NCEF in the past. Santosh continues to do well in school, and hopes he can continue doing so with the help of NCEF.
Sarada
Gender: Male Age: 15 Years Grade: 6 School: Peace Heaven School Sarada has been supported by NCEF since 2004 and each year she has proven to be bright and hardworking girl. Sarada’s mother has a meager income and is the sole provider for the family of 8. NCEF’s help in Sarada’s education has been an invaluable help to her hard-working family. Sarada hopes to continue her education along with her siblings with the help of NCEF.
Shyam
Gender: Male Age: 18 years Grade: 12 School: Kittini Higher Secondary School 12 Shyam Thapa is a bright 17 year old who has received aid from NCEF in the past. The family wouldn’t have been able to support his education as his father works as a farmer and his mother is a housewife. He appreciates what NCEF has done for him, and hopes to receive the same support in the future.
Subin
Gender: Male Age: 14 years Grade: 6 School: Bidya Sagar Secondary School After his parents’ separation, Subin lives with his mother who is having difficulty supporting the family’s needs and wants. Realizing what a good student her son is, Subin’s mother wants Subin to continue attending school. And, with the help of NCEF, she hopes to educate Subin properly.
